Biblescopes for January 22, 2010
From Psalms 22, 52, 82, 112, 142 & Proverbs 22
===================================
Today, remember how important your reputation is and your integrity. To have a good self-esteem is better than having silver and gold. Whether you are rich or poor remember, God is the maker of all of us.

Humility and reverence for the Lord bring you wealth and honor and life. Guard your soul. Cover it with God's Word. If you are a parent, you know how important it is to teach your child God's precepts. The Word promises the child will return to it if he or she has strayed from it; they will return to it because it's the way he or she has been taught.

Be generous and share your food with the poor. He who has a pure heart
and whose speech is gracious will have friends who like his temperament.
Be careful not to take from the poor to increase your own wealth; and don't try impressing the boss or your supervisor with bagels, donuts, fresh ground coffee, and your services.

You love being hospitable refreshing those who are tired and need drink and food. Remember, God's compassion pours out from Him to you like a pitcher of cool water. You are in turn a refreshing drink to those you love even strangers who need a friend.
