Make a list, pray over that list; remember, as you focus on God's abilities to answer you and lift you up from a depressed state of mind, put your hope in Christ. For by day, God shows His love to me and at night He sings me to sleep. There is no reason for you to doubt His love for you. You will praise Him and adore Him forever.
